TERMS OF SERVICE
OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Infinite Packaging & Promotions. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Infinite Packaging & Promotions. “You” and “customer” refer to any person who visits our website, submits artwork or information, requests design assistance, or places an order.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you. Purchases made through this website are transactions between you and Infinite Packaging & Promotions, not Shopify.
By visiting ippromo.com, using any part of the website, submitting artwork or a design request, approving a proof, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies.
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website and place an order.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We offer custom-printed stickers, promotional products, design assistance, and related services. Many products are manufactured specifically for each customer and cannot be restocked or resold.
We attempt to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors displayed on computer and mobile screens may differ slightly from printed colors. Product photographs, mockups, and digital proofs are visual representations and may not reproduce every physical characteristic of the finished product.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, options, prices, promotions, or services at any time. We also reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.
CUSTOM ARTWORK AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
When you upload or provide artwork, logos, photographs, text, trademarks, instructions, or other content, you confirm that:
• You own the content or have permission to reproduce and use it
• Our use of the content to prepare proofs and manufacture your order will not violate another party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited
• The information and instructions you provide are complete and accurate
You retain ownership of the original content you provide. You grant Infinite Packaging & Promotions and our production, technology, and fulfillment partners a limited license to store, reproduce, modify, format, print, manufacture, and transmit that content as reasonably necessary to prepare proofs, provide design assistance, produce your order, deliver it, and maintain appropriate business records.
You are responsible for claims arising from artwork or content you supplied without sufficient permission. We may reject or cancel an order if we reasonably believe its content is unlawful, infringing, misleading, counterfeit, or otherwise inappropriate for production.
ARTWORK QUALITY
Customers should provide high-resolution artwork whenever possible. Vector artwork or images prepared at approximately 300 DPI at the intended finished size generally provide the best results.
Low-resolution, blurry, compressed, or incomplete artwork may result in reduced print quality. We may notify you about a potential problem or make reasonable adjustments, but we cannot guarantee that customer-supplied artwork can be improved beyond the quality of the original file.
DIGITAL PROOFS
A digital proof is provided before custom sticker production. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:
• Artwork and layout
• Spelling, punctuation, and wording
• Size and quantity
• Shape and cut line
• Material and finish
• Cropping and placement
• Any other order specifications shown on the proof
Approval provided through email, an online approval system, or another written electronic response constitutes authorization to proceed with production and is treated as approval of the order specifications shown.
Production begins only after proof approval. Once a proof is approved or production begins, the order generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
We are not responsible for errors that appeared on and were approved in the proof, including spelling errors, incorrect information, artwork issues, sizing selections, layout decisions, or cut-line placement.
Reasonable differences may occur between a digital proof and the physical product because of printing, cutting, materials, lighting, and screen calibration. A finished product that materially conforms to the approved proof is not defective solely because of minor differences in color, cut position, dimensions, or finish appearance.
DESIGN ASSISTANCE
When advertised, qualifying custom sticker orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more may be eligible for complimentary design assistance. Unless a different offer is displayed, this may include up to two initial design concepts and one reasonable revision.
Additional concepts, substantial design changes, extensive artwork reconstruction, or additional revisions may require a separate charge. Any charge will be disclosed before the additional work is performed.
The stated 24-hour design turnaround is an estimated initial turnaround and is not guaranteed. Complicated requests, missing information, weekends, holidays, or periods of high demand may require additional time.
Complimentary design assistance is intended for products ordered through Infinite Packaging & Promotions. Unless agreed in writing:
• Unselected or preliminary concepts remain the property of Infinite Packaging & Promotions
• Editable or source files are not included
• Third-party fonts, stock assets, or licensed elements remain subject to their original licenses
• Transfer of exclusive copyright or ownership is not included
• Additional usage rights or source files may be quoted separately
Customers requesting designs that include business names, logos, trademarks, photographs, vehicles, characters, or other protected material must have permission to use those elements.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, calculation, typographical, or product-information errors. If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact you for approval of the correction or cancel and refund the affected order.
Payment is due when the order is placed unless written credit terms or another payment arrangement has been approved in advance.
Discounts, free-shipping offers, promotional pricing, and complimentary services are subject to the qualifications and restrictions displayed with the offer. Discounts have no cash value and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order. We may review an order for payment authorization, production feasibility, artwork concerns, suspected fraud, prohibited content, inaccurate pricing, or other legitimate business reasons.
If we cannot accept or produce an order, we will notify the customer and refund any amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order.
An order may be cancelled for a full refund before the artwork proof is approved and before production begins. Once the proof is approved or production begins, the order cannot be cancelled or materially changed unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Changes requested after proof preparation may require a revised proof and may extend production and delivery times.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date in writing. Customer proof delays, requested revisions, carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may extend delivery time.
Some orders may be manufactured, packaged, or shipped directly by one of our United States-based production or fulfillment partners.
RETURNS, REPRINTS, AND REFUNDS
Because our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products because of a change of mind, dislike of an approved design, incorrect customer selections, or errors contained in customer-supplied or customer-approved artwork.
Damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly produced orders may qualify for a reprint, replacement, or refund under our Return and Refund Policy:

WEBSITE ACCOUNTS AND INFORMATION
If you create an account or provide order information, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.
Notify us promptly if you believe an account or payment method has been used without authorization.
PROHIBITED USES
You may not use this website or our services:
• For unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing purposes
• To submit malicious software or interfere with website security
• To collect information about others without authorization
• To impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority
• To order counterfeit or unauthorized merchandise
• To violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• To engage in conduct that could harm the website, our business, Shopify, our partners, or other users
We may suspend access, reject content, or cancel orders involving prohibited use.
OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, written content, graphics, photographs, mockups, product displays, and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to Infinite Packaging & Promotions.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or commercially exploit our website content without written permission. This restriction does not apply to original artwork that you own and provide to us.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, catalogs, applications, payment services, manufacturers, or other service providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Your use of a third-party website or service may be governed by that party’s own terms and privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse every product, statement, or policy appearing on the third-party website.
CUSTOMER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK
If you provide reviews, photographs, suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, you represent that you have the right to provide it.
We may use non-confidential feedback to operate, improve, or promote our products and services. We will not knowingly publish a customer’s confidential artwork or personal information for marketing purposes without permission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Custom products that are damaged, defective, or produced incorrectly remain subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Packaging & Promotions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, or lost opportunities, arising from use of the website, customer-supplied content, or an order.
Our total liability relating to a particular product or order will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Packaging & Promotions and our service providers, production partners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
• Artwork or content you supplied
• Your lack of authority to reproduce submitted content
• Your violation of another party’s intellectual-property or other rights
• Your unlawful or prohibited use of the website
• Your material violation of these Terms
This provision does not apply to claims caused solely by our own unauthorized use of content or our violation of applicable law.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier interruptions, labor disputes, equipment failures, material shortages, utility outages, internet disruptions, government actions, emergencies, or similar events.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
WAIVER
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, product descriptions, approved proofs, and any written order-specific agreement, constitute the agreement between the customer and Infinite Packaging & Promotions concerning use of the website and online purchases.
If an order-specific written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the order-specific agreement controls for that order.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this website. The version in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order.
